a workshop perfect for enjoying summer blooms

At this workshop, each attendee will have multiple projects in a range of sizes and prices to choose from. Once you’ve selected your project, using a hammer and paper, you will hammer fresh flowers onto your base, creating a printed, tie-dye-like effect. The picture below gives you an idea of what you’d make if you selected the altar-to-go bag.

Some example base projects you can choose from will include:

• trinket / altar to-go bag

• journal

• tote bag

• bucket hat

• and more!

Payment for project will take place at the workshop, but please “purchase” a free ticket so we can know how many people to expect!

New Moon Nature Walk | Rooted in Community

For this month’s FREE Rooted in Community event, please join us at Clintonville’s Park of Roses for an evening nature walk centered around that night’s New Moon. We will meet around 6:30pm and start our walk around 7pm for a perfect golden hour.

We’ll talk all things New Moon, set personal intentions, and end our walk with a New Moon crystal take-home for each guest.

Please “purchase” a (free!) ticket so we have a general headcount of attendees.

Join us in honoring the Full Moon in Pisces with a spell jar workshop dedicated to this moon phase and working with your dreams. The ingredients for these jars were hand-selected for their properties related to sleep, relaxation, full moon potential, and dreamwork.

This event is $40 which includes:

• Full Moon meditation led by Addison

• 8oz apothecary jar with cork lid

• four crystal offerings; eight herbal offerings

• candle for sealing your jar

• plus a peek at Rooted HQ and any new products we may have to show off!

I’m not sure if I can come yet and may know day-of, is that alright? Can I pay at the door?

Absolutely, we would love to have you whether you pre-purchase the ticket or come day-of. We just ask those who are able to pre-purchase so we know roughly how many guests might attend

What’s parking like?

The Rooted Realm offers a free parking lot located behind our building. It’s entrance is off of Jefferson Avenue which is perpendicular to Broad Street

What is dreamwork?

Dreamwork is an umbrella term that covers all avenues of dream self-study. This includes lucid dreaming (being aware or “conscious” in your dreams), enhancing positive dreams and reducing nightmares, and just general sleep improvement among other modalities.

What if i have a spell jar(s) already?

If you’ve been a long-time Rooted friend, firstly thank you!, but you may already have one (or two, or three) spell jars. With this in mind, this workshop is centered specifically around enhancing your sleep and improving your dreams the rooted way. We recommend keeping this spell jar beside your bed for it’s fullest potential (and it makes great spiritual, intentional decor!).

Join us in the evening on Wednesday September 2nd for Rooted Realm’s fourth book club meeting! Refreshments and discussion will be provided. This time, we will read The Book Witch by Meg Schaffer. Though the event is free, please RSVP so we can get a headcount.
